Info

The Security Policy Forum St.Gallen (SPF) invites you to an engaging panel discussion with Dr. Philip di Salvo as part of the 2026 Security Days.

What lies beneath the surface of AI, media, and surveillance?

This event explores the impact of artificial intelligence, social media, and data-driven systems on our everyday lives. At its core lies the question of how algorithms structure information flows, prioritise content, and thereby shape perception and opinion formation.

The discussion will examine how digital platforms influence behaviour and what role surveillance technologies play in this evolving landscape. The aim is to make the underlying mechanisms of these systems more visible and to better understand their implications for how we engage with information.

Join us for a timely and thought-provoking discussion on AI, media, and the hidden dynamics shaping our digital world.

Registration is required.
